To be fully prepared for the challenge, over the past two months he has been following a “running + swimming” combined training regimen. On Wednesday he completed a 5-kilometer run; on Thursday he ran another 5 kilometers and added a 3-kilometer swim. He will then enter a recovery phase on Friday and Saturday to ensure he can face the challenge in his best condition.
